Whether you’re a content creator managing things alone or a solopreneur with a small team, you know that you’ve got to learn how to manage all the moving parts of your business–or else you’ll burn out, and the business will burn out.
You are doing less and less of the work you truly love to do, because there are so many other tasks for your business crowding it out.
Solid sleep? hahahahahaha
You’re forgetting things constantly, and you know that the haphazard to-do lists or sticky notes cluttering your desk are not a “system.”
Oh, look! Yet another notification of something that you need to do!
Your inbox is behind in ways that have you losing track of important communication, sometimes to the point where people are frustrated waiting for a response, or you miss out on an important email or opportunity.
You’re either feeling burned out, or you know that if you keep on going as you have been, you’ll definitely be burned out.

I'm Kate Swoboda, Director of Training for the Courageous Living Coach Certification and coach at Your Courageous Life.
I'm also the host of two podcasts (the Your Courageous Life podcast and the Craft of Coaching podcast), author of three books (The Courage Habit, 100% Fully Alive, and The Gift of Coaching), a wife and mom.
I've scaled a multiple six-figure business both with and without a team to help, and I know what it feels like to wonder why starting a business so that I could have "freedom with my time" had somehow resulted in...feeling less free.
When I finally cracked 6-figures in business, it was a disappointment to realize that all of my early-stage entrepreneur problems were NOT solved. For so long I’d told myself that when my business started making more money, I’d be able to hire out for essential tasks, everyone else would do All The Operations Things, and then I could solely focus on the parts I loved.
Turns out? Mo’ money, mo’ problems. As my business scaled and brought in more money, the problems multiplied or became more complex.
I had to roll up my sleeves and create Operations systems that would prioritize what was most important, streamline processes so that I (or my team) could get essential tasks done faster, and most importantly–leave me feeling less stressed!
In BizOps for Busy People, I’m teaching you that system, pulling back the curtain and giving you a behind the scenes of how I run a multi-six figure business without hiring a huge team (and still find time for writing new books, creating new programs, and having a life outside of work!).
